Return Policy

Damaged Product:

All Zollinger Racing Products parts, or items sold by Zollinger Racing Products, carry zero defect arrival guarantee. (Unless otherwise stated e.g. Used Parts.) What this means is that if there is a problem with your order that we caused we will replace the parts at no cost to you. Examples are: wrong items sent, damaged during shipping or manufacturing defects. Please be aware this policy does not cover stolen packages. A police report will likely be required in order for us to re-ship a stolen order.

Returns:

Changed your mind? That is no problem! Simply send the return to the address below with a note inside the box. Please we aware that all returned parts must be in their original condition, the way you would expect to receive them new from ZRP. Damaged/used/installed/etc.. parts cannot be returned and will be rejected if sent to ZRP.

SECTION 22 - RETURNS

ZRP only accepts returns on parts directly purchased from ZRP. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of placing the order. Used, installed or damaged parts cannot be returned; only brand new parts, as received from ZRP are eligible to be returned. Customers must email ZRP for return instructions. ZRP does not pay return shipping, this is the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, the cost of shipping the order to the customer will not be refunded.  Refunds for parts received in new condition will be processed within 7 days, in most cases. If we have questions after receiving the returned parts, the return will not be processed until the customer answers the inquiries from ZRP.  Product can only be returned for store credit, cash refunds will not be given.
